Owner & Principal
Prior to founding Berkley Hall, Mike was involved with real estate development for 15 years. His projects have included residential, multi-use and commercial properties throughout the Southeast.
Mike is also a Certified Public Accountant and a graduate of Appalachian State University in Boone, North Carolina.
Construction Manager & Principal
With over 20 years’ experience in residential and multi-family construction, Jeremy oversees the site selection and construction costs for all projects; current, new and future. He is responsible for the coordinating and overall development for all of Berkley’s properties — from preconstruction services, to creating budgets, project schedules, estimating take offs, qualifying bids and the selection of materials.
Jeremy joined the Berkley Hall team in 2007 and holds a bachelor’s degree from East Carolina University in Construction Management.
Jeremy is a native of Goldsboro, North Carolina, and when he is not at work or on site, he can be found working on classic cars, hunting or spending time at the lake with his wife and two children.
Chief Financial Officer
Since joining Berkley Hall in 2007, Christi has been responsible for overseeing all the financials of Berkley Hall Companies; including but not limited to, financial reporting, cash-flow management, job cost reporting, trust account reconciliation and asset management.
Christi has over 20 years of experience in corporate and construction accounting. She also takes a hands-on approach while supporting both construction and the on-site management teams at our properties. She enjoys seeing firsthand how the project can go from blueprints to buildings and everything in between.
Christi graduated from Guilford Technical Community College with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
Her priorities have always been family oriented, which have allowed a slow, steady career growth over the years. When Christi is not working, she enjoys the outdoors, especially hunting with her husband and kids. She is always looking for the next adventure!
Michael Murray, Jr.
President, Eastwind Development
A native of Greensboro, North Carolina, Michael attended Virginia Episcopal Boarding School (2003-2007) and is also a graduate of Greensboro College. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business & Finance, as well as his NASCLA unlimited and General Contractors license.
Michael has been in the construction field since 2011. As the president of Eastwind Development, he oversees the day to day activities of site selection, land development and construction costs of all new communities.
He is the proud father of 3 boys and enjoys spending time with them when he is not hunting or playing golf.
Director of Property Management
As the director of property management, Alix is responsible for maximizing revenue and operational performance for all communities within the Berkley Hall portfolio. She oversees day-to-day operations while working closely with the on-site property & district managers on her team.
With over 20 years of property management experience, Alix has been responsible for a variety of portfolio sizes, classes and markets, including conventional, military and student housing.
Alix joined the Berkley Hall team in 2008 and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Elon College.
