Our Construction Team

Founded in 2007, Berkley Hall builds, manages and owns luxury apartment communities, with a focus on providing the small details and personal touches that make the difference. From our expansive floor plans with high-end finishes to our friendly and personable team members, we understand that our customers define this standard of quality and service, and their loyalty must be earned.

A-la-carte Packages

At Berkley Hall we understand and appreciate everyone’s needs are different. Why pay for an all-inclusive rental package when you don’t have to? Some of our features include washer/dryer rentals, maid service and premiere parking. Call our on-site teams for more information, and we will be happy to create a rental package exclusively for you.

Flexibility

All Berkley Hall communities offer flexible lease terms. No need to stress about choosing between a 6- or 12-month lease…we offer lease terms from 3 months all the way up to 18 months. Choose the length that suits your needs.

Corporate Housing Programs

With properties located in some of the most desirable cities, we can help your company provide permanent or temporary housing for employees. We are just a phone call away and offer many Preferred Employer Incentives.

On-site Guest Suites

Discover style and convenience with our fully furnished guest suite apartment homes. Available for nightly, weekly and monthly reservations. Whether your family is visiting, or you need to get away, our guest suites provide your home away from home.

All Berkley Hall communities are pet friendly. We offer pet friendly clubhouses with complimentary pet treats, pet stations equipped with “doggy” bags and resident socials that are pet friendly. Be sure to ask about our pet adoption/rescue program.
