Big shout out to the wonderful staff here! They sold me on this property! All so very friendly and energetic. The grounds are so pretty here, well kept up! You feel at home here and you feel welcomed and cared about by the staff here! They go above and beyond for residents. The fees are pricey to get in here but honestly worth it! As soon as I walked in to tour I felt at home! They took their time with me and answered all my questions and boom the next day I put an application in.

Out of the three complexes we have lived in here in Greensboro, this one is by far the best. When living here you will find responsive and kind management and maintenance, great units, and nice amenities. We will miss this place after our out of state move.

I was going to move here Dec 2022 had my lease signed , keys and everything. Unfortunately due to some inconvenience in my personal life I wasn’t able to move however it’s such a beautiful place I had the Charleston and every day I think about how great I would have been living here if I was able to move. I had the pleasure of being helped by the employee Rosa q. ( Roma ) which made my experience even so much better. Thank youuu so much for this wonderful experience I fully recommend.
